ELD Log Audit Reports

This report is for Hours of Service v3.x users.

ELD log audit reports show an audit trail for an ELD event. The reports list all manual changes the drivers or Fleet users make to an event. These changes include the event time or event code (for example "Off Duty" or "Driving"). The list is grouped by driver.

Report Settings

The options specific to ELD log audit reports that you can set are as follows:
 

Time Frame - Which time frame to cover.
Team - Which drivers to include. You can select specific drivers, one or more teams, or everyone in the organization.

Report Columns

The columns of an ELD log audit report are as follows:
 

1.Version: The version number of the event, which increases each time the event is edited. (Shown in HTML, Spreadsheet, and PDF versions of the report.)
2.Event UUID: The unique ID of the event. (Shown in CSV and Tabular versions of the report.)
3.Driver: The driver name. (Shown as a column in CSV and Tabular versions of the report.)
4.Event Time: The time when the event took place. This is one of the details that a driver or administrator can change for an event.
5.Event Code: The HOS code of the event. The options are: "Off Duty", "Driving", "On Duty Not Driving", or "Sleeper Berth". This is one of the details that a driver or administrator can change for an event.
6.Modified Date: The date and time when the user created or modified the event.
7.Modified By: The username of the user who modified this event.
8.Unit: The vehicle identifier.
9.Status: The status of the event change. The options are:
 
oActive: The event has been changed and accepted by the driver.
oInactive - Changed: The event has been changed and accepted by the driver, and there is a different, active event that has replaced this event.
oInactive - Change Rejected: The event has been changed and rejected by the driver, and the original event has become active again.
oInactive - Change Requested: The event has been changed and the change has not yet been accepted by the driver.
 
10.Origin: How the event was first created. The options are:
 
oManual or Edited by Driver: The driver changed the event.
oEdited by Other - Another user, usually an administrator, changed the event.
 
11.Location: The location where the event was first created.
12.Comments: A comment that the user added when modifying the event.
