How to Record a Maintenance Visit

To record when a scheduled maintenance visit occurs:
 

1.From the Main section of the navigation bar choose Vehicles.
2.Locate the vehicle in the list.
3.Click the vehicle name and select Show Maintenance Log from the pop-up menu to display the Maintenance log.
4.If the maintenance visit was scheduled:
 
a.Select the Service Schedule page.
b.Select the scheduled service from the Service Schedule list.
 
5.If the maintenance visit was unscheduled, select the Service History tab.
6.Click Log Service. The Log Service dialog box opens, where you can enter the details and cost for the service:
 

 
7. Click Save.
