User Permissions Tab

The User Permissions tab lets you control which users can work with the selected fleet or team.

1:

Select the fleet or team that contains the users you want to edit permissions for. The User Permissions tab shows users' current rights for working with the selected fleet or team..

2:

Use the Set Item Rights drop-down menu to change the rights to add or remove members, to rename the selected fleet or team, and to delete them, from more than one subuser. Select the check box beside every account you want to edit permissions for, then choose an item from this menu and click Save. To globally edit the rights of all users in the list, select the check box beside Username in the top left corner of the list to select all subusers in the fleet or team.

3:

Use the Set member Rights drop-down menu to change the rights to rights to see, view details of, or edit the vehicles or drivers in a fleet or team, from more than one subuser. Select the check box beside every account you want to edit permissions for, then choose an item from this menu and click Save.

4:

Enter all or part of a subuser's name (login) to filter the list of users.

5:

These drop-down menus indicate, for each user, which rights they currently have for working with the selected fleet or team. Open the blue drop-down menus on each row to change the rights given to that single user. Use the Set Item Rights and Set Member Rights menus above the list grid to assign rights to more than one account at a time. After you click Save, the options you choose are assigned to all subusers whose check boxes are selected.
