•Security settings: Set to medium in Internet Explorer.
•Cookies: Enabled.
•RAM: 1GB.

For best performance and results, we recommend:
 

•Connection Speed: DSL or Cable or better.
•Operating System: Windows 7 or newer.
•Cookies: Your browser must be set up to accept cookies.
•Security: Should be defaulted to medium.

Proxy Servers

If your company uses a proxy server, you need to check the following options in IE:
 

•Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections
•Use HTTP 1.1

Without these settings, the application does not send compressed content and is significantly slower.
