How to Edit an Existing Subuser
To edit an existing subuser using the Subusers screen:
| 1. | From the Tasks section of the navigation bar choose Subusers. |
| 4. | On the Rights tab of the Edit User dialog box, enter the roles and select the permissions to public items that will be given to this subuser. |
| 5. | Click Save to save your changes. |
To edit an existing subuser using the hierarchy:
| 1. | From the Tasks section of the navigation bar choose Hierarchy. The Hierarchy screen opens. |
| 2. | Click the Search tab in the Details panel on the right. |
| 3. | Click the Search box, then enter all or part of the user's name. |
| 4. | Select "User" from the drop-down. |
| 6. | Click the Search button. A list of all users matching your search term is displayed. |
| 7. | Select the user you want to edit. |
| 8. | Click the Edit button in the toolbar at the top of the details panel. |
| 10. | On the Rights tab of the Edit User dialog box, enter the roles and select the permissions to public items that will be given to this subuser. |
| 11. | Click Save to save your changes. |
